All the hard work from our team has paid off, our company now holds the award for best customer service in the taxi/phc industry in Scotland. The awards ceremony was held on the 17th of March in Glasgow which we addended. The night was fabulous and we were all over the moon to have won best customer service. We put a lot of work into the company and strive to give our customers the best service possible. We are always looking for new ways to improve our service and welcome any and all customer feedback.
We thought the night couldn’t get any better but our name was called out again, we won best marketing. Wow what a night we had, it went in to the early hours of the morning. Great job done by the team at aberdeen taxi! The trophy’s are on display at our Church Street office in the city centre.
